Lovely area for brunch. Fantastic place to have brunch. Breakfast and grab & go food are very tasty and are well portioned.

I had a wonderful experience there! The service was warm and welcoming. The cafe was beautifully set up, making it such a pleasant place to visit. Everything was well presented. A very cosy place to have brunch and enjoy the sunshine.

An awesome friendly place with great food & vibe. I have been to this place twice in last one month. Looks like the restaurant is under a new management and they are paying keen attention to service and aesthetics. The place looked fantastic. Open and specious. staff were very courteous. My fist visit was for a coffee. The barista and staff at the counter were really friendly. Coffee was great , I asked for an extra hot, it was delivered at the right temperature I like. With the amazing coffee experience I took my family for a lunch the week after. Wife and I had chicken parmi. I must say the serving size was big! Cooked well, quite tasty and nicely presented. Kids had the burger and pancake. They were quite delicious too as I could see from their reactions. The aesthetics of pancake was amazing. Loved the food and the experience. Can't wait to go back. .

Busy Cafe in Balwyn opposite the Palace theatre. Spacious venue with a modern, industrial decor, scattered with greenery. Service came with a nice smile and food was good.

East and Co is a cozy gem that’s quickly become one of my favorite coffee spots in the area. The coffee was excellent — rich, smooth, and clearly made with care. Whether you're grabbing a quick espresso or settling in with a latte, the quality really stands out. The ambiance is another highlight. The space is warm and inviting, with a relaxed vibe that makes it perfect for working, catching up with friends, or just enjoying some quiet time. What really sealed the deal, though, was the customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive without being overbearing. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do and care about their customers. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area — East and Co strikes the perfect balance between great coffee, a relaxing environment, and top-notch service.

Hidden gem in Balwyn! Portions are generous and flavors spot on. The Avo Smash is fresh and zesty with feta and sourdough, while the Wagyu Beef Burger is juicy and satisfying with a mountain of fries. But the highlight has to be the Brioche French Toast—perfect sweet-salty balance with crispy bacon, caramelised banana, mascarpone, and cloud-soft toast. Coffee is smooth too, easily rivaling city cafes.

The vibe inside is spot-on. It's got that perfect Melbourne blend of minimalist, industrial design. The service deserves a special mention. The team is genuinely lovely, remembers regulars, and always seems happy to have a chat. It's that personal touch that makes you feel welcome, not just like another customer. I had the smashed avocado on sourdough, and it was next-level with its addition of Meredith feta and a perfectly poached egg.I recommend this cafe to everyone. It is excellent and will come here often in the future!

Absolutely Outstanding! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment I walked in, everything about this place impressed us. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and beautifully set up - perfect for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. The food was excellent - full of flavour, beautifully presented, and clearly made with fresh ingredients. The service was just as excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive without being intrusive, and genuinely seemed to care that I was having a good time. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be coming back!
